18 Questions To Help You Create An Incredible 2023

1. What is your mission for 2023, how will your help your customers and what will you help them do in this year?

2. What is your vision for your business, your industry, your customers as a whole, what difference will you make?

3. What is your dream business? Take time to day dream about this, sit back and really dream into it. 

Business Model 

1. In 2022, what worked for you?
2. Are you clear on your business model? Or the Business Model that will help you build your dream business?
3. Review the last few years in your business. What products/services earned the most income? What products/services did NOT earn the most income? What is the business model to align with your 2023 mission and vision?

Money

1. How much did you profit or loss in 2022?
2. What percent of your income is your expenses, 20%,30%,40%?
3. What is the one real money mindset story holding you back?

Marketing

1. Did you create and implement a weekly marketing plan?
2. What worked? What didn't work?
3. On a scale of 1-10 how afraid of being visible are you?

Goals 

1. By the end of December 2023, what is the ONE thing you want to achieve? 
2. What is the biggest obstacle to achieving that ONE thing? How can you plan against this obstacle happening, what can you do or what do you need to change in your business or in you to ensure this obstacle to your one thing does not happen?
3. What is the one thing you will check every 7 Days, 30 days and 3 months of 2023 to ensure you are on track to reaching your ONE BIG GOAL of 2023?

2023 Roadmap

1. What is your roadmap for 2023 to help you achieve your mission and vision of 2023?
2. What is the biggest personal change you need to make to achieve your business goal of 2023? What do you need to stop and what do you need to start?
3. How will you feel in December 2023 if you do not achieve it?

Impact

1. What is the impact you want to make in 2023?
2. If you had one year left in life, what is the legacy you would be happy with, knowing you made a difference?
